First Ladies of Football WIN!

Props to Courtney and Annabel for coming through in the clutch and winning their heat in the NFL Cheerleader Playoffs!

Woo-hoo!

They lost the kayak (cheating by the Colts IMHO), lost the obstacle course, then came back to trounce in trivia and dance their CENSORED BY SPENCE off in the cheer competition. One judge gave their routine a 98 -- called them the sexiest and most energetic of the group.

The Bengals came in second, the Colts came in third and the Carolina Panthers went home early with a ruptured achilees in the obstacle course. These girls are rough.

SWEET TOUCH: Our girls were the only ones so far to pick players from the team to emmulate. Courtney had a 60 on her butt for Chris Samuels and Annabel picked 2-6.

Way to go First Ladies! One more heat then Round Two begins.

I thought the Carolina cheerleaders went home when they found out that there was no "bathroom brawl" competition this year.

Yeah, I watched some of that. They did VERY well in both the football knowledge and dance competitions. I think they got 7 questions right in the football knowledge portion. It was very impressive, especially considering I've never seen any team get that many right on that show.

Somewhat surprising, as I spoke to one of the cheerleaders at the Beach Blitz (while I was incognito), and man, she was dumb as a box of rocks.

Denver pulled the exact same thing in round 1: lost the two physical challenges and swept up in the trivia and dance. Last two are worth double, so like Jeopardy it's easier to come back.

Unlike Jeopardy, the contestants wear bikinis. Let's hope these two shows don't get their wires crossed... :rolleyes:
