hR: Let’s start off easy. What happened? How do you come into your own home against an opponent who has not won a game, rush the ball just 14 times, and in the end, stare at an ominous 2-4 record? What happened at FEDEX last Sunday?

Doc: The Skins were beaten by a team that was tired of being winless! The Titans had a wonderful game plan that protected it's rookie QB by pounding the football, and forcing the Skins to the air.

hR: Doc, what is wrong with Lemar Marshall and Marcus Washington this year? The intensity seems to be lacking and the big play ability of both is rather non-existent. Also, your thoughts on when we will get to see more of Rocky McIntosh? Do you think it is time for Rocky to start?

Doc: As for what wrong with Marshall and Washington? Health and Health only! Once and "if" they heal, they will once again lead the defense. Rocky McIntosh is never mentioned as a LB? (I've asked about him and nobody seems to have an answer). Indy hopes the Skins don't make any personnel moves until Monday.

hR: Doc, the Redskins were averaging 5.0 yards per carry and if you include the Randle El reverse, over 7 yards per carry? Why does the Saunders offense tend to abandon the run when it is working? When we hear player stalk, especially offensive lineman, this is clearly a run offense, yet, we simply don’t do much of it? What gives?

Doc: Al Saunders is still adjusting to this personnel and the fact that HE can't control the personnel! This offense look nothing like the Chargers, Rams, or Chiefs in his past. I wonder why?

hR: Any specific reason as to why our blitzes are being picked up this season, compared to the first two under Williams. Have NFL offenses figured out Gregg Williams?

Doc: Without a CB who can cover a number one receiver Coach Williams is limited in what he can do

hR: Doc, your thoughts on playing Jason Campbell? If the Redskins fault his week to 2-5, what are your thoughts on moving to Campbell and do you think Gibbs will make that move?

Doc: Without a injury to Brunell. Campbell's chances are slim to none, I'd like to see Todd Collins run this 700 page playbook! Then Saunders would have no excuses.

hR: Approaching mid-season, taking away defensive injuries, what do the Redskins need to do to restore the aggressive defense?

Doc: The Skins need #95 and # 96 to be healthy and starting at DT. Springs back to his Pro Bowl form and Wynn starting on first down at RE

hR: Talk is becoming more frequent. Your thoughts on whether it was a mistake not to bring in a GM?

Doc: When Coach Gibbs won his first World Championship he had a veteran GM and Owner with Championship experience. That was a first class sports management team!

hR: I felt from day one that signing Duckett was as much a "chest move" to block the Eagles from solving their void at RB. As it was to guard against a long term injury to Portis.

hR: Offensive players are hinting that they just ‘do what is told”. Is there a feeling of lostness or shall I say regret with resins players that they changed offensive schemes?

Doc: When you lose everything seems screwed up! It doesn't mean it is, but as a player you doubt anything that limits your role in the game plan.

hR: Doc, if we continue to say in the Saunders offense in 2007, are we going to have to make changes on the offensive line? Is this a run orients line?

Doc: This offensive line needs to stay on the field longer! that means convert more third downs. Run more punt less hit big plays downfield, and improve in short yardage. (How about give Duckett a shot). 2007 Washington must add another Stud on the OL.
