A co-worker just gave me some photos of the band from the opening day of Fedex Field. I thought I'd share them with you. For those who don't attend games, the band marches around the outside of the stadium before each game weather permitting. Sometimes we march around the club level. These photos have the cheerleaders marching with us but they normally don't.

Every year, the first home game during the regular season, I get chills watching the band play "HTTR" for the first time. One of the coolest band on earth - something every Redskin Fan should see live.

I can't wait until Tailgate Party day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They are great pic's - stirred many memories for me.
Having enjoyed watching my Daughter march with the "Power and Cass of New England" - the 360 member University of Massachusetts Marching Band for four years I can appreciate ALL the hard work and effort you guys go through!

I haven't been to any NFL game. I was gonna make the tailgate, but my job got in the way. Maybe another time.

I've been to the Hall of Fame games 3 or 4 times. Thats nothing though compared to a real game I'm Sure!

Great Pics!


My first NFL game was last year Skins/Eagles game at the Vet. I am also going this year to the new stadium(7th row - 35 yr line). Haven't been to a home game yet but I am working on it!

Love the Band pictures! The costumes are fabulous!

I'm going to the Tailgate game and my friend won a drawing at work to buy tickets to the Skins/Eagles game on Dec 27th. She doesn't care too much for football so she let me buy them from her.

She's also the same friend who, for my 30th birthday, got me tickets to my first ever Redskins game.

Come to think of it, they were also for an Eagles game...

I went to my first game last week...I've heard people say that you can see better on tv...NOT TRUE! There is nothing like being there, and that was just a preseason game...I NEED to get to a regular season game this year...
