I was reading a redskins magazine and one of my female co-workers noticed John Riggins, and she said "I know him". I said yeah, he was one hell of an RB. She looked at me like I had 5 heads. She said, "he played football?" I just looked at her...she continued to say "he's a soap actor".
WHAT???!!!!
She said he was on guiding light I think. Is this true? She was POSITIVE. I said I had no clue he was on it...but if anyone knew this to be true, it would be the redskins nation. So what do you say?

It's true, the story broke a few months ago. At least thats when I remember hearing about it. He seems to really like it, so good for him I guess?!?!?!?

Personally, there is no way in hell I could watch Riggo on a soap-opera or any soap-opera for that matter.:banghead:

I have to say, this is intriguing...I want to see how he does now.

When is this on...anyone know?

Guiding Light is on CBS at 2pm, Central time. One of the most successful and longest running soaps in daytime history. Riggo plays the part of a mysterious ex CIA guy, if I am not mistaken.

BTW, Riggo got into acting by doing some theatrical/stage type work when this Soap gig developed.

Yeah Navet posted about this about 2 months ago I think...Riggo has been on that show for awhile now I think.
