running backs. Spurrier has eased his stance on only keeping 3.

5 five running backs, they are not going to part the Rock Cartwright. That means we'll only keep one TE or seven O-linemen OR no ST deicated player.

Although this does open up some holes elsewhere... I like this idea... e have good talent that we should keep and see that they increase in value for the future. Im tired of watching our well-groomed talent win superbowls elsewhere!

no, they will keep Rock and Bryan Johnson. They are not included int he 4 RB number. Does that mean Sultan is a sure Practice squad guy and is no longer being considered for a roster spot?

You may be right - but my gut feeling is that SS will use Betts as a 2 position guy and just keeping RC (Hell, if Jansen can be a center than Betts can be a fullback - lol).
Johnson better have a awful good game this week.

LOL, you guys can't be serious about Sultan, 50 yards against 4th & 5th Stringers hardly warrants the merit that has been placed on him this early. His true colors showed when he lined up against better comp when we played NE....
