As soon as I win the Powerball drawing that I eluded to in the Potomac forum, I am going either 1. Get that satellite dish and never miss another Skinz game or 2. move to Washington and get that cozy booth next to The Danny.

Football season in Iowa sucks for Redskins fans. Can only see them on MNF, SNF or when they play the Central, oops, make that the NFC North. You guys don't know how lucky you are.

robert, I posted this in another thread but I think you may have missed it.

I read earlier that the reason you hadn't bought a satellite yet is due to the fact your wife wants the local channels. Well, now if you pay $5 dollars extra a month you can receive your local channels thru the satellite. Thats what I do right now.

Also, check your Sunday morning paper. Normally you can find "Best Buy" or "Circuit City" where you'll buy directv for say $199 dollars. But then you have a mail-in rebate for $199. So really you're getting the dish for free. You just have to pay for the service every month.

I'd die without my dish. I'd have to watch the friggen Panthers.....UGHH
