The Marcus Washington injury status is of note, he missed practice and that is not something he normally does.

First time I can remember ever seeing Marcus Washington on an injury report. If he is listed as questionable then I am going to assume it is too serious for him to play. Maybe we will see a lot of Rocky in this game??

well there saying Holdman might be moved to Strong Side LB and rocky to start at Weak Side..

Holdman is going to start, but its whether they want to start Rocky or not. If they dont shuffle Holdman to Strong side, then Posey will start Strong side.

Timmerman being hurt is definately a plus for us. Hes a very good blocking guard

if rocky doesnt get significant playing time with washington out or sidelined a lot of the time then theres a serious question to be asked. Whats wrong with rocky and why did we trade up to get him? if a rookie LB cant start by week 16 then something weird is going on ...

at this point it's beginning to look like a waste of a trade-up and pick. they must have just wanted a replacement for the aging Holdman, if and when he gets too old to play anymore, or if he gets injured. a large price to pay for a backup. hopefully Rocky will be starting next year.

yeah, but as long as he is getting more playing time. i did notice him in on atleast 1 play vs the saints.

i guess they have to decide if they want to win with veterans or learn and grow with rookies and veteran backups. i got bashed for saying i want to take our lumps with backups even if we lose. maybe the coaches dont feel confident enough to make that distinction.

not necessarily. they want to win no matter what, regardless of the fact that the playoffs are out of reach and younger players could benefit from the experience. i think Posey, Holdman, and maybe even Khary Campbell will play instead of Rocky.

They should play Posey instead of MW, Khary instead of LM and Rocky instead of El Matador. Also...jansen should shut it down the rest of the year and heal up. GO SKINS !!!
