Approve the kid is learning from his mistakes, hanging in the pocket and delivering the ball. Can't do much more.

Wow that is to ohigh a praise for me hogs, but so far I like some of what I see. I approve, but I am starting to be concerned. We need a good veteran backup next year in case he doesn't improve.

So far so good. I wish we would have put him in earlier in the season.

I approve but he definitely needs to work w/his receivers. His timing is cleary off. However, he makes pretty good decisions and has incredible poise in the pocket. I like what I see so far.

I'm not concerned at all with him. His biggest problem is streakiness. Early last week he was on fire. For most of the second he was ice cold, but then we was white hot again for the end of second and the third.

Plus for the most part he has avoided big mistakes. I like him a lot.

I approve but i am a little concerned about his completion % being around the 50's while our Running game is on fire. His compeletion % was great in college so i am concerned that it hasnt assended any since starting but ill give it into next year before I really get worried.

I approve so far, his rating is starting to build steadily. I want to see his completion % rise but he seems to learn from his mistakes. At this stage he is exactly what I expected. He is developing a nice relationship with Chris Cooley who has 25 catches for 362 in those Six Campbell starts.

Where Campbell is missing is with his wideouts but this is where timing is needed most and six starts just will not get that timing down to a satisfactory degree.

I approve. I think Campbell is improving in certain areas every game. He is far from where he needs to be but I am glad he is getting the experience now. I think with each game his confidence rises and having the team from the very beggining next year will help that too.

I know he is going to bust his tail next TC and the offense as a whole should have the Saunders scheme down pat.

Approve!
I'm sure he's still a little blown away with the speed of our guys. Cooley is a TE so he is probably the speed JC is good with. Give it the offseason and he'll be flowin' with Santana, ARE & Lloyd. Remember our guys got Tootsie Rolls Baby! :lol1:

He needs more experience with his WRs and this complicated timing offense before his completion percentage will rise. I think next year he'll be a legitimate upper 50s - low 60s passer. I am already a big fan of how he throws the deep ball and lately he is protecting himself from throwing the big INT as well.

JC has gone the last two games without an interception, something that Eli Manning has managed to string together only twice in his career of nearly 40 starts. I think Campbell will be an awesome starting QB next year.

Come on now. How are you going to say that after 3-4 games? Take off the burgandy and gold glasses. Im undecided. I dont like that he is skipping passes on the turf 8-10 times a game. Alot of his throws are either way too high or way too low. Hopefully he comes out next year and is on target.

Like i said time will only tell.IMO i think JC has what it takes to be the redskins qb for the next 10 years. We forget Campbell is only in his second season. Most of your veteran qb did not even get off the bench until they had 4-5 years under there belts. At this point of the age of 24 he is way ahead of most of the redskins great qb and he will only get better.

Ok i understand how you feel and what your hoping for however, to compare him to some of the greats after 3-4 games is insane. We thought Heath Shuler had what it took to be a great QB. We thought Patrick Ramsey had what it took to be a great QB. Look where those 2 ended up.

I approve, though he needs to get on some kind of groove with the receivers. All of our WRs are almost nonexistent. That conservative play is OK with me for now, but we have work to do during the offseason to get Campbell and the WRs clicking.

JC has had an excellent running attack and excellent pass protection the past several weeks. With the scenario he has been given he should be producing at a much higher level. He needs to get the ball out quicker and more accurately. Every pass seems to be a second late. I think we should start daily 7 on 7 drills 1st thing Monday morning until this gets corrected.

Approve...

But must develop more "touch" on his shorter passes. Due to his low passes, I think there is a worm with more catches than Santana.

He missed three open receivers

The kid has poise, you can't teach that.

I am waiting to make my call at the end of next year. I see alot of people say.."kid has what it takes" etc. Same things about Ramsey. His numbers were ok but this was a run friendly offense he was running and he still threw for a higher int % then Mark and 10 points lower comp %. The kid has promise, I like what I saw but we have been down this road way too many times to get excited. end of Next year I will know for myself

So far, I approve. I like the progress I have been seeing week after week. I also like the fact that the Skins finally have a mobile QB, when is the last time we had one of those?

I think JC will be fine but like everyother team we have to have a competent back-up. I really don't see Mark coming back next year and have no confidence in Collins.

approve- This young man will be something special for this team for a long time. He looks very comfortable in the pocket and can do just enough to buy time on the move. In that last game vs ny most other QBs would of been sacked. He breaks away and runs for the first down. Should of been a loss. Nice effort to not give up on the play.

JC got exposed for the young inexperienced qb he is in the giants game.. the defense, despite their futility nearly the entire game, actually did put the ball in JC's hands with 2 minutes left and an opportunity to move in for a winning td..JC simply could not get it done. he misfired on 4 straight passes, 2 of which inexplicably were thrown to that receiving dynamo, patten..
4 and out.. game over..

hopefully next year we have a happier ending.. but most of the second half was pretty to watch.. and that touch pass he threw to ARE on the run was an absolute beauty.. he just feathered it in there with a flick of his wrist.. man !! that was nice... he is still learning his craft and will get better

i think that MB does come back.. he is going to feel better physically this off season than in many years.. and the money will be good for what he will be asked to do..

You see I think that this is as much to do with the playcalling as JC's inexperience. On every Second Half scoring drive we mixed the run in as well as short routes. The last scoring drive barely took two minutes but there was a couple of handoffs and a great screen. With a timeout and the two minute warning we could have mixd the play up more than we did especially as the Giants were in max coverage. The way we had run I think we could have chewed 20-30 yards easily on the ground with a minimum of time used.

Instead we did what we had not done on any of the previous drives which was send three or four guys deep each time. That completely changed the rythmn he had been playing at. Two and a half minutes is plenty of time in Football. Why try to get it all in one go when we had time time to mix up the plays.
