My friends and I are going to start using the face slapping thing in place of pounding the fist.

I liked the CareerBuilder commercials, all three of em or whatever. The Robert Goulet one had me laughing real hard for a while, the Evil Maposaurus one (Garmin GPS thing) was pretty cool, and the Carlos Mencia commercials, for as much as I hate him and his show, were both pretty good.

The Bud Light commercial with the rubber floors that has been airing for months was better than almost everything I saw yesterday. The face slapping one and the hitchhiker with an axe and Bud Light are probably the only two that I can even remember. Terrible year for commercials.

I don't recall it happening during the commercials, but CBS had a lot of problems with the sound breaking up in the early going.

All in all, down year for commercials this year.

The Sierra Mist commercial where the guy had a combover that came all the way from his beard had us laughing so hard that we didn't hear what was going on. The Budlight slapping and Robert Goulet were the other two that had us in stiches.

And that makes 3 good commercials. Everything else was, as others have previously stated, far below par.

Maybe I was in a bad mood from the Hall of Shame debacle, but I really hated the commericals including those...

The amatuer commercial was ok and a couple of the bud light ones were acceptable, but nothing really made me laugh out loud.

OK, a day late and a dollar short but at my Super Bowl Party the commercial with the little robot (dropping the screw) made all the girls go "AWWWWW" all the way through. We also loved the Bud commercial with the dirty dog. But then we're girls.....
