That is interesting if there is any truth to it.

Bullcrap. They're always on Snyder's case for some reason or another. If they can lie in the process, so be it.

I've already read that diahrea (?) peice of journalism. I've removed them from my favorites.

I still think places like that should have unbiased reporting. Now, if it was called after a certain team, then I can understand their making up crap. They should try to report truthful things instead of making $hit up all the time.

As for the topic, there is no way in hell we can afford a 7.1 million dollar contract. And forget about him redoing his contract. He wont do that for any team.

Brunell would be a great asset... but CarMike is right... his contract is unreachable for any team.

This is nonsense.

Impossible. And really dumb, on top of it.

Snyder's interested in every big name that appears in the media, but it ain't gonna happen. Where would we get the cap room to take on Mark Brunell? Might as well cut Champ Bailey right now and spare us the misery of watching him leave in 2004. Nah, won't happen. I like Brunell a lot, but I'll never see him in burgundy and gold.

just watch next week they will say that we were talking to Michael Jordan to play wide reciever. These guys only get things right when it's not a rumor but an actual fact. WTF, i think Dan has proven this offseason that he is starting to approach the free agency with alot more knowledge. Like carmike stated, there is no way we could absorb that kind of cap hit, much less, do they really think Brunell would just come in here and master the Ole Ball coach's system. come on, we as fans are gullable to a point but not that freakin gulable. if i were to start to believe this, i would expect one of you guys to start selling me the rights to FedEx field tommorow. enuff said about these biased, uneducated, wanna be reporters.

i just got my daily fantasy football news and guess what.... they had a tidbit on the jags trying to shop Brunell around. well i'll let you guys read for yourself.... From Fanball.com Jaguars: Del Rio denies Brunell trade talk
The News
Jacksonville coach Jack Del Rio angrily denied reports that the club is shopping quarterback Mark Brunell, according to the Florida Times-Union. “Nobody is being dangled around the league,” said Del Rio at his daily news conference, referring to ESPN reports that the Jags had offered Brunell to the Jets, Cowboys, and Ravens. Del Rio also repeatedly referred to Brunell as “our starting quarterback”. Jets GM Terry Bradshaw told The New York Daily News that the Jags asked if the Jets were interested in “a quarterback” after Chad Pennington went down with a broken wrist, but that Jacksonville did not mention Brunell by name.
Our View
With Brunell slated to receive $6.75 million this season, Byron Leftwich signed, and Del Rio alluded to a “ripple effect” the four-game suspension of wide receiver Jimmy Smith might have on the Jacksonville roster, it isn’t far-fetched to picture the Jags sans Brunell this season. Even if the Jags aren’t officially shopping their veteran quarterback, the rest of the league knows Brunell can be made available.
Hmmmm seems interesting that these guys didnt say anything about us wanting him!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Maybe because these guys report facts not fiction (would have used fantasy but that is what these guys actually report on lol)

Not enough cap room to sign him. If the Cowboys would'nt do it, we wont either.
