I hope that Aaron Rouse stays under the scenes for a while so that we could possibly select him near the mid rounds. I am also hoping that he has a mediocre camp so he wont go into the 2nd round. He is an animal that can run, hit and cover pretty well. He reminds me of the Broncos WR Brandon Marshall because he has a load of potential that has yet to be seen and he is under the radar for now but some team will land him and have many happy years with him.

Rouse was one of my favorite Hokies and his play was fine for college but one of the things I always feel should put up a red flag on a safety are stiff hips and change of direction ability, the later of which Rouse does not posses. Straight line speed is real nice for an LB, but safeties have to have the loose hips.

Don't really know who I'm going to be interested in yet besides the obvious ones. Here is a list of everyone attending the combine if anyone cares.

Rouse would be a great 2nd day pick or 3rd rounder, but I doubt that we will get him, we just don't have any picks. So with one first day pick, he will go somewhere else, unfortunately.
He does have stiff hips, but compared to Arch, anything is better in coverage.
