Haven't heard much from him since he waxed Trung during camp. Anyone know how he has been playing during pre-season? I would hate to have another Danny Wuerfel on our hands... a powerhouse during practice... then invisible for the real games.

I've been watching him and he seems pretty good to me. He's quick and that's what I've noticed more than his hitting skills. Bowen moves faster than most safeties in the league.

No news is usually good news. Speaking of not hearing about someone; I haven't heard Armsteads name mentioned once though he seems to be solid so far..

I agree with you Ryhno, no news is good news. I've seen only one game b/c of stupid blackout rules on DirecTV but from what I saw he looked fast, though he didn't lay anyone out like he did to Trung a few weeks ago.

I agree with Spence in reference to Bowen. He's quick. Just because you don't hear their name doesn't mean they're not doing the job. I believe both are getting it done.
