Which non-starters have actually "surprised" you with regard to their level of play? For me, it would be the following:
#22 McCollough (RB): Obvious choice. As a non-drafted FA, it looks like he has earned a roster spot.
#52 Marshall (LB): I don't know if you guys noticed, but he has been EVERYWHERE (both on D and ST)
#37 Jimoh (CB): Had never heard of him before, but seems to also be primed to make the team.
What about you guys?

I thought I'd never say it...
But Sultan has really grown on me. Between his wonderfull RB carries and his great special teams plays this game, he has really made a case for himself to be a part of this team.

No one!
What team is going to trade with us, when they know we have to cut one of our RBs anyway?
Best case scenario for the NFL teams that need a RB is that we put Sultan on the practice squad, and we let go of Betts/Watson. Either way, there is a less expensive alternative than trading.

I agree with Marshall. That guy was also all over the place during the Patriot's game as well. I think he and Clifton Smith have some nasty potential.

Could Marshall replace Armstead someday?

I think Marshall is a natural weakside LB, so I would say yes!
