Cuts to 53

Anyone have an early word on who is gone to get down to 53? I think it's gonna be interesting to see what happens to guys like Sultan, Russell, Terrell, C. Smith, and how Spurrier handles the backup quarterback situation. Let's see if we can get a handle on what Spurrs is thinking about roster cuts.

Ok, i have no better idea than anyone else at this point but i hope we keep Sultan,Jimoh,Terrell(for depth & ST only).Let's also trade a RB and uncloud that situation for good,before we play RB by commitee this year.And is anyone else a little worried that the QB situation is a little shaky?I know it's being denied but don't you guys think Snyder's itching to do the Bruenell trade?I'll probably get a lot of flack for asking this but do the Jag's need a RB?I really like Ramsey but he's got a big task infront of him running this offense,and Bruenell would come in as a proven winner for a team that could probably take the next step with him at the helm.I think Ramsey is the future, i just dont think in a season and a half he's ready to take us to the playoffs.Are we still rebuilding or are we playing to make the playoff's? It would be nice, but i imagine the Jets or Cowboy's will pick him up if cut.You cant pay him 6 million as a backup for the Jags with a team that's not going to the playoff's this year anyway.

Win or lose, I want to see Ramsey in at QB. And yes, even it means that we miss the playoffs again.

I would rather miss the playoffs with Patrick than Johnson or Woeful playing QB....which will happen regaurdless if Spurrier decided to bench Ramsey.
