1. Coles
2. Gardner
3. Jacobs
4. McCants
5. Johnson
6. Russell
Cliff Russell has shown nothing so far. I think Johnson has solidified himself with last night's performance and McCants is a solid receiver. I'm waiting for Taylor Jacobs to step up as well. But, right now the skins are so deep it won't matter who plays 5th and 6th.

I agree with that, do you think they will keep all 6 recievers? I wonder if keeping all 6 will affect the running back situation.

Geesh. This is tough. I still have not made the call on Woodcock or Russell. The rest looks fine with me as well, I agree with NC though, I think I would put Johnson over MCCants, simply because of Johnson's speed and Spurrier quest for speed.

Yea, it was kind of a toss up for me. I only put McCants above Johnson because he played in the fun n gun last year. However, I see your points on that. My belief is Russell really needs to step it up.

It looks like PJ grew a pair of hands lately.

I would nont be completely surprised if Russellis let go. The man must have trae with Patrick Johnsons hands of stone. geesshh. If they keep 5 McCants or Russell goes, neither has shown much to me this preseason.

That was a great draft.

Russell & Patrick have had their (bad) moments, but I want to see them for a full season. I've already seen McCants for 2 seasons (complimentary player at best, not much upside).

I agree with the list except like others said Johnson should be above McCants. Though I think McCants will be the 6th receiver on Spurrier's depth chart. I think he'll want Russell's speed to active more often than not leaving D-Mac on the inactive list at least half of the games.

Russell shouldn't even make this team IMO. Speed is nothing with hands of stone.
