I actually heard that Forbes did their rankings way before Snyder sold $200mil worth of the team to my boss (Fred Smith of FedEx) and two others. If that had been included in Forbes' research they would be well over the $1bil mark.

There goes that commercial about what you could buy with 1 billion dollars. They said you could buy a football team and a baseball team and still have over 256 million dollars left over.
