Times article eludes to Sultan going to the PS and possible cuts being Cowsette and Ladarius Jackson???? Jackson???? Where the hell will our pass rush come from.

I knwo some of you may say, well, it is the times, and ues i hate the Times as well, but after folllowing newspaper articles so closely since hR's conception because of updating the Wire, i hate to tell you, but on many ocassions, the Times breaks the story and is correct. There are times they are wrong, lets hope this is one fo them.

I honestly wouldn't surprised with Cowsette being cut. He hasn't done much. I can't say that I've heard Jackson's name called alot either. I wouldn't be overly surprsed with that either.

I don't understand any of those players being let go. As much as we've heard Spurrier mention Sultan. So are the ends now:

Upshaw, B Smith, Wynn, Zellner and Cecere?

Yeah Jackson name has not been called out very much this pre season.Would not surprise me at all, even though I like Jackson.

This is ludicrous...Betts showed absolutely NOTHING all training camp and preseason, and they cut Watson because Betts was a F**king 2nd rounder. This is bulls*** and it is idiotic to cut a player who did well to keep a player who hasn't played all year and that you could've gotten somtehing for. That's what bothers me most. We could've had some return on that, but now we have nothing.

Running back Sultan McCullough is an expected example. He should be told of his cut by today, formally released tomorrow and, if he clears waivers, added to the practice squad Monday.

I am not sure who's staying or going or why but i'd feel better about it if it was cuts made based on eveyone playing exceptionally and us not having enough room for them,not on who showed the less than the other guys.

Yep. I still don't understand Betts' critics in here. He'll be a stud soon if he can stay healthy. Watson was never going to be a go to guy. Betts has potential that can't be ignored.

Monk----Sorry dude but i just dont get this at all? I think, although i was one of the biggest supporter of Watson in this forum, that after pre-season and camp, that the move was the right one. I wish Watson the best, I liek the guy alot, he is a fellow PSU alum, but if it came down to Betts/Watson, I want Betts and if ti came down to Watson/Sultan, well, sorry, but Sultan deserved the job!
