Thank god the lil guy is okay. It looks like the WR was devastated.

I saw that and was just glad the kid was ok... It looked worse at first.

Damn..thank god the little boy is fine..although I don't know why a 4 year old boy would be allowed to by in that spot at that time...

The anchors for FoxNews said they on the sidelines for some special event.

That said, I agree 100% with you. no need to have children on the sidelines DURING a game. Before and after, fine. But not DURING!

Saw it yesterday too - Kinda makes you wonder why the little guy was left alone to roam around. Little kids shouldn't be down there period AND to be left unattended - BAD Parent! .............. Happy the kid is alright though - and hopefully a lesson learned.

Weren't there any abandoned wells, freeways, Neverland Ranch or other safe places for him to play around?

Wow...being so little and limber, along with the soft wall probably helped alot, the wr had a lot of class though, he immediately picked up the little boy and then layed there disgusted with himself, exactly how I would have felt...

I agree completely, there is nothing that guy could do but he did everything right once he knew it happened. He didn't even bother to hold on to the ball, not sure he could have, but the point remains. Props to the WR for doing the right thing and helping out as much as he could.

reminds me of the video of the hs basketball game where the player does a full court one handed shot, misses the board and hits a kid running right in the head, sending him forward and sideways.
