They did the picks by draft position. Meaning the worst #1 ever, the worst #2 ever, etc.

Ramsey was at a disadvantage because there have not been many #32 first round picks.

I doint understand when they do stuff like this. They say that #32 did not have that many picks...but it did, just iun the second round. THere is no reason to arbitrarily ignore the fact that players were picked in the 32nd position just because it happened to be in the 2nd round when there were less teams.

Because it's the offseason and they have nothing else to write.

The 3 worst #32s:
1996: The Cards took Leeland McElroy Rb TAMU. The next 4 picks: Tony Brackens, Amani Toomer, Mike Alstott and Lawyer Milloy

1992: The Raiders take Greg Skrepenak OT Michigan. The next 6 picks:
Marquez Pope, two stiffs, Jimmy Smith, Darren Woodsen, Levon Kirkland

1991: The Cards take Mike Jones DE Nc State. The next pick: Brett Favre

Anybody know what picks we picked up when we traded down multiple times and ended up taking Ramsey? That has to figure in, just like what we gave up to draft Andre Johnson, which was on par with Desmond Howard, as our worst picks ever.

The Skins got 2 3rd rounders(Rashad Bauman and Cliff Russell) and a 7th rounder(Rock Cartwright) in those two deals.

Ouch! Well, Rock was a good pick in the 7th.

Oh yeah Andre Johnson was terrible. I know that Michael Westbrook gave us a few good seasons, but for potential alone, he was a major bust in my eyes.

But up to now, he qualifies as little more than Steve Spurrier's busted project.
Hmmmmmm......... seems to me a project the Spurrier "Busted" PERIOD!

I don't think most fans appreciate how bare the cupboard was when Gibbs arrived and how much work it has taken to at least have a decent roster. Sure we have yet to consistently win, but thankfully we have a good solid base at least.

It's the worst pick for every spot.
