My God, that's unreal.... If I were the family of that guy, I'd be going nuts at the cops, they didn't even take his handcuffs off to let him at least try to take the bomb off himself. Unbelievable.

I empathize with the police in that situation. How were they to know if the guy was telling the truth? They had to exercise extreme caution with that bomb.
