In the article TO talks about how he doesn't need a disciplinarian to make points.
After reading the article I was thinking that things could get very fun in Cowboyland if they start losing. Clearly Wade would lose the locker room quickly based on this article.

I hope he's real laid back, too. Let the inmates run the prison. Attica, Attica, Attica!!!

The Player just can't shut up. Memo to Dallas: Please stay laid back.

Everyone prefers a laid back approach. Until the wins and losses are tallied. That's how it goes every place Parcells has ever been.

This is going to be a fun year to watch the Cowgirls as a hater. They have the most national games of any team and now that Parcells has been replaced with a puppet coach, it is only a matter of time before TO goes into full out nuclear meltdown on everybody in the Cowgirls organization.
I can't wait to see TO going ballistic on Jerruh himself, on the sideline of a nationally televised game.

Ah, fantastic news. Mark this day on your calendar, boys and girls. Thank you Bill Parcells.

This is gonna be good. As a Redskins fan I automatically hate the Cowboys, and TO just as much. Eventhough we have battled Parcells for years, he was as hardcore as you could get as a coach. Its gonna be funny to see TO run all over Wade, and question his authority. How long before the Cowboys become fed up with him? He is a cancer and its only a matter of time before the Cowgirls get rid of this clown.

Laid Back = Push Over
And TO knows this...so I expect TO to "coach up" Wade on the sidelines during games. Mark it down. I love it...
