I haven't seen this posted yet, so here it is.

A Northern California construction worker, whose head was impaled by a drill bit, not only survived the accident but also shows no sign of brain damage.

Yeah, they showed the actual xray pic on the local news here a few days ago. Once I saw that I decided that was enough info for me in regards to that story.
