Thanks Spence good stuff...Vick, if found guilty, should go to jail, no plea, no house arrest, JAIL.
I really don't know what to make of people assuming this is JG's last year, I really have always believed he'd fulfill his contract and the full 5 seasons. If he leaves after this season, regardless of how we do I think the whole staff will turn over with GW and AS leaving. I just don't see danny handing the reigns to Saunders and if he did then GW would leave, if he hands it to GW who knows if Saunders would stay, so without JG we may be looking at starting all over again...ugghhhh!
Romo, is not the answer in Dallas IMHO anymore than Ramsey was in Washington.

Beating a federal indictment is no joke and the Vick family should be very worried. Mike stands a good chance of going to the federal pen for this stuff.
I agree that the Romo-eroticism of last season was overblown but that only made his implosion in the playoffs more enjoyable. The first ten games of this year will tell the tale. If the cowpies are 5-5 or worse after 10 games, look for both Phillips and Romo to be run out of town on a rail.
Jeff Fisher is a tremendous coach, but I would still rather have Gibbs in 2008 than Fisher, Cowher, or any other coach. Gibbs is the Redskins and the reason we have three Lombardis in the trophy case instead of a Philly-esque none.

So now its head coaches as well as all the big time FAs?! Amazing. Simply amazing.
NFL Agent school must teach this new method of negotiating. In order to drive your price up, you must include the Washington Redskins as an organization that is interested in signing Mr. Joe Blow.

"Most of the bad press and publicity the Redskins have received over the past 7 years were resultant of the way Snyder has run the team. Perhaps if Snyder put the energy and enthusiasm he did into limiting outside access into allowing professional to run the franchise, he would not have a compiled a 49-63 record, and three seasons of 10 losses or more over the past 4 seasons."
Like the LA Times is anyone to tell somebody how to run a business..

Assuming Vick is convicted, even if he receives probation or a very light sentence, I think he will be suspended by the NFL for something like a year.
The new commissioner is very image conscious. This fighting and slaughtering of dogs is just something too ugly for the League to ignore or to merely slap his wrist.
I wonder what the Falcons FO thinks of its decision to trade Matt Schaub now.

Again? I am not going to speculate about who is going to be the HC in 2008............I am only going to focus on the upcoming season.........
