This has been around on YouTube for a while, so I apologize if its been posted here before. I think we are all proponents of Mike Sellers getting some carries in short yardage situations, but I am SOLD after seeing this video. Yeah, its against CFL defenses, but its still pretty incredible...particularly the LAST run. WOW.
FYI - the background music contains the "B" word among the lyrics, for those who may be offended.

perfect song for big mike. lol. hopefully he will get the ball in short yardage situations now that the temptation of putting tj duckett in the game is gone. we need to go back to 2005 when he was a touchdown machine in the red zone.

I'd love to see him get the ball more. He was awesome in 2005. He quickly became one of my favorite players. Get out da way B-yatch!!

You know, I don't think we ran that bootleg play to mike the whole season... what was the deal with that?

A few of us have been saying this all along ......... Never understood the Duckett thing when Sellars was in our line up. But it's just one of the many "Scratch your Head" things that sometimes makes you wonder - "Does the coaching staff know what they're doing". Of course IF we had been 11-5 and NOT 5-11 - there would be no wondering huh?

I am one of big Mike's biggest supporters and if you listen carefully you'll hear the Captain Caveman chant coming from the upperdeck every time he touches the ball.

30 carries, 60 yards, plus 2 linebackers and a safety KO'd.

I've been sayin it since he came back ... Sellers is a monster. 30 carries ... 100 yards, 2 - 3 TDs (because the drives will not stall). That cut to the end off a dive in the video ... he pulled that off last season vs. NFL defenders. He can still do it. John Riggens on feed corn ... 6' 3" 260+ ... big as or bigger than the LBs ... he'll fall foward for 2 yard gain ... Gibbs/Saunders HAVE got to start using this guy to advantage
Mike has been my favorite player for a couple years now....
One of my favorite redskin plays was where he pulled CP in for that touchdown. I actually got him to sign my hat with: Mike "The Tugboat" Sellers :)

LOL! People in 440 think I'm insane, but any time Sellers makes a play, I gotta yell:

I love watching him and Cooley run over defenders. Somehow it is more satisfying than givings guys the fake and a whiff of air.
It just seems more like real Redskins football to me. Perhaps because I grew up in the Riggo era.
P.S. I like "the Tugboat" name. Great hR suggestion!

Definitely! With everyone else focusing attention on our playmakers in the redzone (89, 47, 82, 46, 26).....catch everyone off guard and give it to #45!!!

I think Sellers is one of the most underrated players in the league.
He is huge and absolutely will truck anybody (Brian Dawkins anybody, who is SI's 3rd best hitter BTW), has good hands and anyone who runs behind him is guaranteed a 1000 yd season.
