I just came around the beltway from Rockville, MD. and the traffic was terrible. I picked it up at Wisconsin Ave (355) and it continued on until route 201 Kenilworth Ave at least. I got off on the Greenbelt metro ramp and made a quick exit from there. It was before 2pm so no cost. It'll only get worst as rush hour approaches.
