Ok so last year I sat up top in 417 which was great but since I only go to one game a year I think I might try something different this year. Right now I am looking at section 122 row 22 near the 50yd line. What I was wondering is, is there any blocked views from down there or anything else I should know? Help from the locals would greatly be appreciated.

I don't see anything that would obstruct your view other than the visiting team. YOu know the Redskins have an interactive seating chart which gives you a view from that section.,

No I did not but I will go check that out now, reskins.com I assume?

Yeah I would rather sit on our sideline but single tickets are hard to find and I don't really want to deal with selling a ticket before the game.

What is the price of the ticket?

What is the price of the ticket?265.00, This is my vacation from work so I don't mind spending a little but I don't wanna get ripped either.

That's a good seat, if you don't mind spending that kind of money, go for it. It's not obstructed and you should be high enough to see all the action.
If you really want a nice view and are willing to spend a little more. You should see what is available in the Club level. Those seats offer the best vantage point.

You didn't like the view from 417?

There is definitely a better sense of the noise. And you can make a bigger difference in the noise. My only complaint with the upper deck is that it seems like all the noise we make goes up and doesn't make the field.
Since you only go once a year, I think you would do right in trying the lower deck this time. Just make sure you are at least 15 rows up and around midfield.

For 35$ more I could get zone club B section 305 row 16. If the view is better Rich I will hop pn that one, thoughts?

the upper bowl is better. A lot of die hards up there.

And I may return there next year but I went ahead and went with the section 122 ticket. Can't wait to be there and thanks for the suggestions guys. All that is left to do now is work on my bowling game so I can dominate the lanes this year lol.

After last year's TG ticket fiasco, we hastily purchased tickets for the 300 section...now Hubbo refuses to sit anywhere else. He loved the cute young girls coming around to take your food and drink order! So anyone with tickets to sell in that section give me a shout!

you made the right choice IMO...I love the lower bowl. The noise down there is just great and if you go into the field early you can hang by the tunnels and sometimes score an autograph. (also really great for pictures), or if you make you way over to the tunnels after the game sometimes you can catch a glove or something. I think there are just as may diehards as up high and I have sat everywhere in the stadium except club level which i can personally see almost never reaches full capacity. I dont think ill ever skimp on price again to get upper deck seats its just not the same.

I sat a couple of sections down from there last year at the Jags game (level with the 20 yard line) - good tickets with a good view. No worries about the Dolphins obstructing your view.

And no need to set up base camp and employ a couple of sherpas to help find your seat in the upper bowl either...
