I was one of Ladell Betts naysayers and wish we would have kept Watson. Buy was I wrong. This guy is a beast. I think we found are #1 RB. Trung looked good but Betts looked quick and decisive out of the backfield.

Only bad thing I had to say about Betts is why draft him if you don't give him a shot. In the 2nd round no less. I think we got a pretty good combo though.

Hey youre not alone i also said we should've kept Watson and traded Betts.But this is why i havent had any GM offers as of late.
However,i wanted to keep Watson in hopes that he would offer more of what Davis did and were getting that from Betts now so im still happy.

I think Betts earned the starting Job tonight. He looked tremendous and Trung only looked average until the last drive.

I noticed that the majority of run plays to Betts the OL opened up holes like parting the Red sea. Trung on the other hand had to make things happen own his own most of the time. I'm glad we have both.

Oh, I'll take a few pats on the back for fighting the good fight for Ladell. He's a stud. He hits the line way, way faster and harder than Trung. What a clutch move and burst to get us in makeable FG range. Hailyeah!!!!!

maybe they had their keys screwed up ... assumed Betts was in to rest our #1 running back ... prolly a passing down ... but ... ummm... no!

Betts and Trung will make a great duo... I dont think anything should change. SS should resist the urge to make Betts the feature back... let him come off the bench and continue to mature... all the while keeping Trung as the starter... all he needs is one good hole...

gave me a feeling that we will not miss Stephan as a running back ... hope he gives us the same feeling about not missing Stephan as a person

Our combo running system looks like a real threat... and we're a passing offense.

Betts and Canidate offer a stark contrast in styles and I for one like the duo carrying the load, not one. Having both in the game makes defense prepare for both.
