Was it me? Or did I hear Champ get booed during player intros?

I know it wasnt "smoooooot" I heard that one first. I guess those who went to that game would have to answer this.

I believe he did and that's the fans letting him know how they feel. I don't think it should have happened but that us. I don't like what he's said recently but I wouldn't boo him.

That's rediculous if true. Yea, I'd like Champ to re-up his deal .... but he's the best corner in the league and has been a cornerstone of this team for years .... to hear that fans booed him ... eff them. That sounds like something an eagles fan would do and I'm ashamed to hear it.

He's obviously losing that PR war with Snyder.

But what do you all think of his performance last night?

No he should not have been booed, but did you expect anything different. You can feel the anger right here in our little corner of Redskins World.

Not a bad question. That's how I decide whether to boo a player or not. [I never boo during intros.] Champ was great. He shut his men down and did a very good job supporting the run. Also made a nice special teams tackle. He's the best in the biz and last night he demonstrated it yet again.

Boo that, folks!

bad form to boo him for contract reasons, he comes to work and delivers thats all we should demand from him

I don't think I would have booed him. I did not hear his name all night so that means he played very well

I was at the game last night, and I didn't hear anyone boo at Champ. I, my friend and everyone around me were cheering him. If you had heard this on TV, maybe someone close to the live feed mike by the field might had booed, but I heard noone boo.

Then again it could have been a Jets fan.:D

Booing Champ was wrong. I am glad he played a solid game. I hope we have a great season and he ends up wanting to stay and play for us.

i dont know who said champ got booed, but i heard champ get the biggest ovation at the game, even bigger than lavar arrington. whoever says that must have sat next to a champ hater. and while im on the subject, we MUST resign champ or we are going to be in trouble. even with zero pass rush, champ and the others consistently stop other teams passing game. we might not have won this game without champ

Excellent point. He'll feel unwanted and leave and state we didn't want him here.

Champ needs to have a stellar year. He needs to get deflections and INT's. He needs to shut down every play because Snyder will not hesitate to use the F-Player tag on him
