What do you guys suggest for me to download? I had to take McAfee complete off of my computer to get my speed back. It wasn't blocking popups anyways...
Thoughts?
BTW, if its not to much of a problem, can you please post a link also? :)
Thanks.

AVG Free is the best. I run it on 3 machines and it's flawless.
You can grab it at www.download.com

I run that and the avg free "spyware" version also, it has taken care of most of my problems thus far.

thanks guys...:)
Hope it helped out! AVG is consistently a top-rated download. I prefer it to any paid version I've ever tried (helps that it's free, of course, but that wouldn't matter if it didn't work).

I can't express my thanks enough Slobberknocker. Since i've downloaded AVG my computer seems to be running very smoothly. I still get the occasional popup, but nothing like I experienced for the previous 2 weeks.
redskin_rich told me earlier that AVG > McAfee. I should have listened. lol

Glad I could help!
If you're running firefox (which everyone should be), there are pop-up blocking extensions that do a neat job.
