I just want to say thanks to the Administrators for running a tight ship and creating an atmosphere where you can post with confidence. this team of yours is the only team in nfl history to go from 2-5 to win their division. they must have more than what your pushing.speed is not the common denominator. the rams had plenty of speed but they didn't repeat.look at oakland they are old and slow. and they still compete.

Perspective from Dolphins fans at our IFS partner Dolphins site, Big Dave's

Vinny to Martin (or anyone else) on the screen lost yardage every time, it seemed... Had Ramsey not been intercepted and had passes batted down at the line of scrimmage AND fumbled, this game would have NOT been close...

Vinny looks VERY rusty... Bring on week 2!!!



I would say it was a combination of both.

At times, it looked like the Redskins had 20 guys on the field.
All the receivers were double covered and they still had enough guys at the line to stuff the run behind the line of scrimmmage consistently.

At other times, it was things like Vinny throwing behind the receivers and short. Arrington must have been pissed when he dropped that INT in the 1st quarter.

Overall, I'm impressed with the Washington D, but I do not think Vinny and the Jests was a real good test.

I LOVE SEEING THE JESTS SUFFER.

Most of the anger at the jetfansite is directed at our Hall of Shame OC the other is against jetfannobagoverhead or as we like to call him "jetbag" He is one sorry SOB, If you ever get a chance visit our site and read some of his past posts. All he does is blame the GM for the problems. An offside penalty can cost us a TD and somehow it's the GMs fault! He also has come to the conclusion that it was some sort of Racial issue that that made the Jets not retain coles. He has resorted to calling Chrebet, "Slow White wayne"! Untill he was threatened with banishment over his predjudice, and racial slurs. He continues to play the look at me I told you they would lose game but dissapears when the Jets win. all this and he calls himself a Jetfan. Now say he was a Skin fan, put him here and have him bash other Redskinfans after a tough loss by saying I told you fools that they would lose, it wasn't the play calling, etc. it was the G.M! Then see how much you guys would give it to him. No suicide for us Jet fans we know that we have an uphill climb, BUT maybe just a restarining order for jetbag!:)

Well, if you guys go over to the Jets site, you will see me plastered all over that place. I was defending our (Redskins) honor over there for almost 2 months. Have been defamed, cursed at, laughed at, etc. but I stayed strong. Many of them are REALLY pissed at me:D because after 2 months of their trash-talk (most of it I chose not to return.....well, at least, not in like negative fashion), I reminded them BEFORE the Jets game THAT THEY BETTER WIN (4 THEIR SAKES), BECAUSE IF NOT, YOU WILL HEAR FROM ME. Well, lets just say that they are "hearing" (get my drift) from me (as promised).

Yeah, no doubt, OUR SITE (all biases aside) is far more civil and much more respectful (and fun). Having said that, I have to give MADD PROPS TO "JETMAN18". He along with "Husker" and administrator/moderator "Ronny Dynamic" are my favorites over there.

I also have to give props to our own JPORTERWEB for having my back over there on the Jets site. Thanks, man.

Building a team forum is difficult in Free Speech America... but it takes many good people coming together and working to make it work. The Admins and Mods all work hard to ensure this site stays the same way it was when there was only 20 of us as members... sure, an uphill job... but in the end it will be worth the hard work.
