Love the column. A quibble or two. Heyer came in and held his own on the island that LT is. Edwards probably saw the rookie and started licking his chops. He was quickly disabused in the expectation that Heyer would play like an undrafted rookie. Also on Wilson - a Div III player making the team
as an underweight DE is a story. Contributing when the starter went down said 2 things - he belongs and the coaches trust him. Their play gets an up arrow from me.

i'd give a thumbs up to chris wilson as well. this is my review of the one play i saw him in. the announcers talked him up a bit, then he put great pressure on kitna, although it was a run play. he then proceeded to catch up and drag tatum bell down. atleast im pretty sure it was tatum bell.

Landry pick is turning into gold. He's not making great game altering plays that often because he's not really being challenged that much. Only 1 game the Giants game with Shockey was he being attacked and he fared just okay and I expect that to change next time having faced him once and having that experience.

There were a lot of people calling for us to draft a Dlineman but I think Landry has had a tremendous impact and will only get better.

He deserves the star for the young guys. He has been far better in coverage than I ever thought possible.

I also agree Chris Wilson was very active out there. We maybe should carve alittle bigger role for him as well he was real close to the qb a couple times.

nice report i would give montgomery and arrow up for a good push all game,and i believe doughty had a tackle at least he was announced to have made a tackle by the pa announcer on teams
