We are season ticket holders but live in South Carolina so can only make the trip once a year. We were able to park in the cash lot (H-2) at the stadium until 4 years ago. Then, for three years, we had to park at US AIR Arena and take the shuttle. The first year was a nightmare with people fighting and shoving and basicaly showing thier butts trying to get on the busses. (This occured after a night game). The next year, the situation had improved greatly. Last year, we cancelled our trip due to the lousey weather and the snipers. We went to the Jets game on 9/4/03 (another night game), and, low and behold, the situation was just as bad as the first time the shuttles ran from US AIR. I am 63 years old and found myself in a near fistfight with a young punk who was trying to force his way between me and my wife. Where are the authorities to maintain crowd control at the shuttle loading area? Why can't there be a better organized system for boarding busses? And, why can't we address these issues directly to the team administration? The official site for the team, REDSKINS.COM does not provide a forum for lodging complaints like this. I and my wife have just about decided to give up our tickets because going to the game is no longer a pleasure.
