"If the Americans go in and overthrow Saddam Hussein and it's clean, he has nothing, I will apologize to the nation and I will not trust the Bush administration again."
--Bill O'Reilly on GMA, March 18, 2003, as quoted by Utne Reader, Septmber 2003, p.16.

Basically, he is an ignorant bully, totally devoid of the ability to carry on civil discourse. He's also a liar, will be proven when he does not apologize and never thrust the Bush administration again.

All anyone needs to do is watch the guy once to see why us "lefties" are disgusted by him. His debating style is to shout down, personally attack, or ignore facts to "win" arguements. Of course, if confronted by a lie (like his claim that his show won a prestigious award) his response is to ignore, or criticize the accuser, or simply deny that he ever made the statement (a tactic which failed when someone produced the record of him making the claim).

What a tool.

Basically .. Fox News is the only decent news station out there. The only programs I ever watch on the other ones are Crossfire and Hardball. Other than that .. Fox News is just the more objective channel. People say it's too conservative .. but I tend to vote for deomcrats and I much prefer it. The media tends to be liberal .. Fox News is fairly moderate .. it just seems conservative in comparison.
