Something like, "enjoy paying our homeowners insurance for the rest of the time you live here." At least that's what I would do to the kid, maybe then he wouldn't take such risks on the property if he felt the liability.

Yep, I saw him in the very beginning. I figured he was the test dummy that they used to get that little pool lined up into the perfect spot. He took one for the team.
