For the first time in 4 weeks, I will move from Disapprove to Lukewearm, since Joe Gibbs decided to take the handcuffs off of Jason campbell and the offense. It was fun to watch and proof the offense can move the ball if allowed to.

Disapprove although I almost voted lukewarm. I will have to see this kind of flexibility continue before I am a believer once again.

I still disapprove. Still coaching scared, but at least didn't mismanage the clock this week.

Disapprove, but I am getting closer to the option of lukewarm. If we see the same type of offense in Tampa that we have the last two weeks, I'll probably change my vote.

Disapprove. What is keeping Gibbs from lukewarm(and maybe even approve) territory is this terrible habit he has of coaching scared and coaching not to lose.

Lukewarm. Still not good, but getting better.

I almost would agree but I'd argue that we should have waited on using the timeouts with 3 minutes to go. Also, we're "lucky" that the one Cowboy player got injured on the 3rd down late in the game or else we would have been left with 1 timeout instead of 2. Fortnately, it didn't cost us the game but its could have altered the outcome a bit. Therefore I'm staying lukewarm for now.

Lukewarm. The guy humbled-up and made changes. A bit late, but welcome nonetheless.
Now if he could only rub off on his "Head Coach - Defense".

i was tempted to approve but stayed lukewarm. on offense I am starting to approve, on Defense I totally am noit. And since he is HC not OC I have to give him demerits for this.
Time for Gibbs to get in Gregg's face or fire him pronto

approve with the steady improvement
going to be hard to improve on last week with a tough tampa D on the road but if the do I will beg for saunders to stay as well as gibbs

Disapprove although I really liked that he opened up the offense; but still pulled in the reins when we needed to go all out. Mismanaged the play series when we were third and 3, then fourth and 1. This is not 1988 and you've got to score TDs to win in the NFL.
If he continues to let Al Saunders run the offense and not interfere even on the tight plays I'll change my vote. He is stubborn and only makes the big changes when we are up against the wall.
I still think he is gone after this season.

We've haven't fallen below .500 and the Dallas game - JG showed an air attack that he hasn't gone to since his days as a offensive coordinator..... (YEAH - their IS a bunch of you who have NO IDEA about that time)

Upgraded to lukewarm this week. Sat on a fence for 4 days between Luke-Dis. Had the team ready to play, I fully expected to lose in the range of 31-13. Showed some but not complete faith in the team maybe for the first time this year. Could not stand the early 4th and 1, but was ok with late one. Greatly appreciate him letting Jason handle more. Not sure if if was Gibbs, but realy didn't like the hailMary attempt as much of as a longshot as it is, I'd like to see them converge at or about the goalpost. Dallas was tipped off we'd go right endzone with Owens waiting, just think at center field there's more room and more chance for something wacky to happen, and on a hailMary you need wacky. Thats nitpicking I admit. I thought Roy Williams should have been more of a target in gameplan than he was. But overall I was happy with the teams efforts and when you consider it was Dallas, in Dallas that broke the tie with my vote. For the first time/loss this year I felt we went down with flags flying! And as strange as that may come off, I miss that.

Unless we beat the Cowboys at home by 50, Joe Gibbs isn't getting out of my doghouse until I see him make a savvy late game decision that shows he still has a pair. He's been fighting his guts out for so long I don't think he has any left. And a run with Portis or two on one of those last 20 plays would have been nice, especially at the end when there was ample time left for the Cowboys to score (which they would have) at the end of the game had we scored quickly.
