Joe Gibbs, Washington Redskins

Gibbs' Redskins kept their playoff hopes alive with a 32–21 win over the Minnesota Vikings. Under Gibbs’ direction, quarterback Todd Collins completed 22 of 29 passes for 254 yards and two touchdowns to help the Redskins gain 367 total yards. Running back Clinton Portis also recorded two touchdowns, one rushing and one passing to Antwaan Randle El in the second quarter. Defensively, the Redskins shut out the Vikings for nearly three full quarters and forced the league's No. 1 rushing offense to try to beat them through the air. The Redskins forced three turnovers including two picks and one forced fumble.

I've been highly critical of Gibbs but I will be the first to admit that lately he isn't coaching the same. He's been going for it on 4th down and making smarter decisions. Where was this all year? Anyway, I'll give credit to where it is due and he deserves coach of the week.

These past few weeks are a huge blow to all the Gibbs haters.
Coach I had faith in you from the start!
