Inside of 5 minutes if the ball doesn't travel 10 yds the kicking team cannot re-kick

The old rule would have let the Falcons kick it again. Now, the ball just goes to the returning team at the spot of the foul.

Damn, good thing I had my vcr going because I missed the game due to hangover last night. So far what I read is that we still have too many penalties 12 for the game and allowing Ramsey to be sacked 6 times. That's not going to work. Plus, we need to get on the positive side of the turnover ratio. Glad we won but this one shows we have alot of work to do, especially with the Giants coming in here
