Pick the player that did the poorest

Chris Samuels. For a pro-bowler, he has been unimpressive

yeah, I second that

I have to agree. Way to many mistakes for a vet like himself...

I'll agree...but just to throw a wrench in this, Chad Morton did nothing!

No wrench there IMO. Morton needs to take a pay cut at this point.

I don't know. I get the feeling that he was told to make fair catches later in the game so as to not risk a turnover.

Gotta go with Samuels, too.

I'm sure he was told to take fair catches...but what did he do when he didn't fair catch? NOTHING.

That's gotta fall on the blocking. We've never had good blocking on returns and it's still the same. Morton is a madman though, and he'll get those guys blocking... hopefully right in time when we need it most... like this week.

Gotta go with all of you, Chris really struggled at times out there... pass protecting of course.

Samuels didn't look impressive, however, those backs need to learn to pick up those pass rushers. I've never seen so many unblocked guys coming through.

Anyone on the O-line playing in the 1st quarter could win this award

I'll go with Samuels as well.

Samuels. He is much better than the way he played today.

Chad Morton. Remind me again why we kept this guy instead of Kenny Watson. Was it just the signing bonus? Sure looks that way right now.

Samuels. Protecting Ramsey's blindside is ridiculously important. Not only is No 60 gaffes in protection and with silly penalties causing us possessions and yardage, he's also reason #1 that Patrick's life insurance premiums have shot through the roof! Come on Chris!! He makes too much money for such suspect play.

Gota go with #60

How about the whole left side of the O-Line. Damn, they are going to get that kid killed!

I think the Special Teams coach stinks. They have no imagination and the blocking schemes are lousy. Chad seems to NEVER have a crease. Atlanta and the Jets paly nice special teams.

Props to Hall and Barker yesterday though.

I have to disagree with EVERYONE here. Samuels was not responsible for many of those blown Blocking assigments and Fiore & Moore looked equally bad in the 1st Quarter.

My vote will be for Rod Gardner.
Yes he had nice game statistics but he Made far too many Boneheaded Albert Connellesque plays for me.
The Illegal Block, when he was in no position to help the play, The Taunting Penalty after making a 15 yard Catch. Deplorable downfield blocking and He refuses to come back to the ball enabling the defender to make a play.
Gardner almost cost us the game with his crapola..........His saving grace was making a few big plays.

Player of the Weak - Rod Gardner

I would agree that Gardner gets the Bone Head of the Week award from me. He needs to watch what Coles at the end of a play.

The left OL during most of the game, although it did look as if an effort was being made 3/4 quarters

I'm sick of seeing Ramsey pick himself up off the ground. I'm glad he went ballistic on the sidelines after the fumble sack!

I dissagree on Morton the falcons punter was booming them out there. I think I'll go with samuels this week.

I'll give it to the whole O-line for horrible pass protection. We spent good money on this line, and they are allowing too many sacks. Ramsey, like any NFL QB, is only one huge sack away from an injury.

Kim Helton. all these oline problems have to start somewhere and I say it is the coach
