Wow!

A great Monday Night Football game!!! I must say Quincy Carter looked pretty sharp! BUT the MAIN THING is that the Dallas Cowboys held on thru 4 quarters of regulation play & about 1/2 thru the Overtime Quarter to win the Game!!!

Thus securing that the SKINS remain the ONLY undefeated team in our Division!!!!!

Now it all falls onto the SKINS to keep the WINNING SPIRIT rolling as we take on the NEW YORK GIANTS!!!!!!

I think all things considered we stand a chance to take another win. Let's hope that our Defense wakes up early, and our Offensive Line keeps Patrick Ramsey nice & secure within the pocket..........And it would be nice to see SOME improvements on our Special Teams Unit.......

GO SKINS!!!!!!!!!!!!!:D

Yes, we must establish ourselves within the division. We must take this first meeting at home and get to 3-0. The O line and STs will really have to pick it up if we are to beat the Gints.

We better beat the Giants, cause we could easily go 0-3 after that.

I know it's only the second game of the season but............... where are all the idiots who said that we are gonna finish at the bottom of the division ( Dr. Zero????).

We need to play with intensity for 60 mins on Sunday. Punch the Giants in the mouth and don't let up.

This is the way it should be.

I saw my Giants fan friend at work this morning.......I felt for him.......I know all to well what's it's like to have your team lose to the Cowboy's when you should win. It leaves a "very bad taste in your mouth" that I hope we don't experience this year.

skinswin'emALL, I think it's time for you to board everyone.

I work on the same floor with a cousin of Brian Mitchell. Yesterday he told me to watch what happens tonight and I said okay. Well, guess who was the first person I ran into this morning. He just threw his hands up in the air and I said, how could you let that happen. He said we'll be mad coming into Fedex and I said that's fine but Arrington doesn't like rude people in his house.

Well, it is pretty clear you can throw on the Giants. The Cowboys did so we ought to be able to do it. I'm worried about rushing the passer, though. I don't see Collins having back-to-back bad games like that. We'll face a sharper passer on Sunday.

I suspect we'll see a lot of quick hitters from them because of the 3 rookies on the oline.

I thought that the reason the Cowboys won was because of great play from their o-line. They contained a very potent Giants pass rush.

Yes and they used max protection alot of times. Can we expect the same from SS?

Spence

It'd be a big change from Spurrier if he starts using max protect. He hates that. He wants to send 4-5 guys out into patterns on every play. The thing is, Spurrier will look at the Cowboys/Giants game and conclude the New York secondary is vulnerable. He will want to throw.

They should double team Coles.

I think that's what Rod Gardner is hoping for!

We will need the same type of protection that cowgirls had for their qb. I hate to say it, but they dominated the NY d-line.

yeah, i dont like our pass rush at all. collins is the type of qb who can pick you apart if given time. i hope shockey has a basd game like he did last night. is it me or is barber becoming stephen davis? as far as fumbles, he does it helluva lot. i can see bruce smith causing a few fumbles. i see this as another classic nail biter between the skins and gi-aints. with the skins winning of course....24-20

quincy was sharp - no doubt - but the real reason for our success passing is an OUTSTANDING WR corp! i really think the 'Boys WR's are as good as any in the league. it is meerly a question of getting them the ball!!

and it helped (IMO) that they were overlooking us badly! your team will get a better effort IMO!

I am sorry ArkCowboy your recievers don't nearly match ours and by the stats of receiving yards we have the best in L. Coles

I think we we see a "better" performance out of the O line because the the Gints play more of a straight ahead rush. they don't do a lot of stunts and tricks at the line. This plays into the strength of our line.

Glenn and Galloway still have some mileage left in them. Neither will ever be a top receiver again [Glenn never was], but I like Antonio Bryant a lot. That kid is a playmaker.

No doubt we can't afford to have Pat beat up the heck up in this game like he did in Atlanta. He may not be able to survive this.
Better pass protection is where it starts for us.

I think COLES is DEFINETLY in TOP 10 of Wide Recievers in the NFL. And given the correct offense & QB Coles will quickly rise to the top. Bear in mind what makes a GREAT WR is partially due to the abilities of the QB gettting him the ball to make the GREAT PLAYS.

Hot Rod Gardner needs to STEP UP his game if he wants to make a serious difference in the GIANTS game-that much is for sure.
The main way to shut down the Giants OFFENSE is to get inside Collins HEAD-........Bump, hit, knock down, and constantly have someone going just at HIM-that will shut Collins down. The Ravens did that-and that is how they won the SUPER BOWL. Break Collins' confidence-and we can contain the OFFENSE.

COLES will more than likely be double-teamed which is WHY I expect to see alot Play Action Passes-or Running Plays.

Our OFFENSIVE LINE needs to HOLD UP-keep the POCKET SECURE and I truly truly believe Ramsey will pull out another VICTORY for the SKINS.

And lets give some CREDIT to SPURRIER-I think he has the ability to change things up just a TAD-.....Spurrier is doing a very good job in my opinon-and the OFFENSE starts to gell more-I think we will have a very good Offense.......Either way its going to be a GREAT GAME!!!!!!!

GO SKINS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Coles has what all the "best" recievers have. The abliity to make big plays even when the best coners play him and/or he is double teamed. If those above don't watch their backs this year, Coles will pass them by.

Well as of this week in the NFL for receiving yards - HE'S THE BEST. Numbers don't lie.
