TMZ.com is reporting that some Eagles are being brought into a lawsuit between a woman whose daughter is disabled and a New Jersey restaurant accused of not providing adequate parking for people with disabilities. The lawsuit, which accuses the Landmark Americana Tap and Grill of violating the Americans with Disabilities Act, says that “One notorious incident involves Philadelphia Eagles football players Donovan McNabb and Jevon Kearse using reserved spaces at Defendant’s business premises.” TMZ says McNabb was fined by a judge in 2006 because his vehicle parked in the Landmark’s handicapped spots, although McNabb wasn’t driving.
