We have the talent to win... but the question is whether we can continue to play like we are able. The Giants also have talent so it will be quite a game.

Do we have a chance? Absolutely. Will it be tough? Absolutely. We have to limit mistakes if we're gonna win this one.

If we can establish the run...and control the clock, then the Defense will make sure we are put in a position to win.

If that happens...Coles, Canidate, Betts, Gardner..et al will surely succeed.

We never are dominated by the Giants so to see we have no chance is ridiculous. On thing that will keep us from winning is penalties and T.O's

This one has me worried as well. We'll need to match and surpass their intensity for 60 minutes. We can't afford to make the mistakes we made in the 1st two games. We will also need better special teams play and better blitz pickups.

What do you mean it's ours to lose?

My Opinon: We either get BLOWN OUT-or win by a field goal........

My Prayers: 2 TD+, collapse the Giants Offensive Line, and knock Shockey face-down in the dirt.................

I think it is ours to lose as well. Look Dallas beat the Giants and well, they stink! The Giants lost at home, This week they are on our turf. I hope the 12th man gives them a lot of problems! I think we match up pretty well against the Giants. If the D-line can stop the run, I think our corners are more than capable of shuting down the passing game. I know that they cannot shut down Coles and Gardner at the same time (if at all). As long as we do not beat our selves it is ours to lose!

I still got a lot of Norvitis about this game. The Jansen-Strahan matchup bothers me as Jansen has not played well this year(at least in pass protection) and Strahan finally seem to figure him out last year. Toomer-Champ also bothers me as Amani has had more success against Champ than anybody else in the league. The weakest link on the Giants is their offensive line but unfortunetly our weakest area is pass rush. If we make several mistakes we will lose this game.

Another point is the special teams has to step up and contribute something(other than Hall). Field position will be a key in a tight divisional game like this.

We have better than a chance to win this one. What have the Giants done that says otherwise? Lose last week to dallas? Give up thousands of yds through the air?

We were beat by the Giants offense last year b/c Marvin Lewis let the Giants get the matchups they wanted.

Every year it seems we play the Giants close. The difference has been our poor st play, penalties and stupidity (like the asses for wr we had ass #1 who got a 15yd personal foul taking us out of fg range and ass #2 who twice in the final drive did'nt get out of bounds and let the clock run out) by many of our players.
As for Shockey, apparently the best way to defend him is leave him the hell alone. Witness his drops last week and in the SF playoff game.
