oh great, when he's inducted into the Training Camp Hall Of Fame, they can put his bust up in the Taylor Jacobs wing.

It's nice to hear he's hot in training camp, it's much better reading him being hot in actual games that count.

Bingo! We have a winner. This all sounds well and good but until the bullets start flying it doesn't mean much.

Would you rather everyone saying he is looking terrible in camp?? I least it shows he's at least grasping some of what Zorn wants him to do!!

it's better than hearing he pulled his hamstring or broke something, but other than that, it's hard to judge. we've heard superlative-laced descriptions of too many duds to put stock in offseason practice reports anymore.

i'd just rather hear he is having a good camp than hear he is sucking!! Everybody here is so negative all the time!! It's training camp, this is when were supposed to be positive, on the "we're going to win the super bowl" feeling . . . after the season starts we'll have plenty of time to be negative :)

LOL! Sorry but that just really made my day. I honestly laughed out loud here in my office. I'm sure my co-workers think I'm nuts.

Folks are just keeping it real. No one said they didn't like hearing it. Also, I believe that article said it was in the short game too. Well, how about the long balls where he struggles. Training camp is training camp. Hopefully him being red hot in training camp translates to him being red hot in games. Here's a question. If he's not red hot in games, what does that mean?

I agree. This temperament comes from many, many years of suckage. After so many years of offseason hype, we just want to keep a level head and see what happens on the field when it counts. No one is discounting what is happening in practice, we're just waiting to see if it happens when the pressure is on and it means something.

I actually think what Zorn was saying is profound and just deeper than JC had a good day. He's saying JC is grasping how to become a good qb, that he's recognizing the things that good qb's do.
I'm much more encouraged by Zorn after that presser, he's recognized the thing thats holding JC back and thats being too careful too perfect, he's trying to instill alittle gunslinger aka confidence into JC's game. He wants JC to trust that the wr's are gonna be there if he throws to an area .

I would be hesitant to say that Campbell is on the verge of becoming a great QB-. I would like to see some physical evidence with my own eyes of his "red-hotness" first. Either way it is encouraging to hear this from Zorn who was formerly a QB coach........

While many of us are not ready to Proclaim Super bowl or even serious contention THIS YEAR, I like what I'm hearing, and there's no doubt that Jason has all the physical tools to be a great quarterback. He's also smart and he doesn't seem to be lacking for courage and calm under pressure.
It's a fact that he had his finest season (albeit his senior year in collage) running a west coast offense.
Zorn, if unproven as a head coach, if nearly unanimously recognized as a great quarterback coach.
If he can turn Jason Taylor into a Probowl Quarterback, the Redskins will be a formidable team.

If he can turn JASON TAYLOR into a Probowl Quarterback, he is the best QB coach ever! But then the DL wouldn't be fine anymore, lol

Next to the Jesse Lumsden, and Babe Laughinberg busts, and not far from the Herb Mul-key trophy case!

Hopefully in the HOF game we will get to see just a little of all this talk. Then on september 4th we will see how good he is. I'm as hopeful as anyone, but i gotta see it to believe it. I pray that everything that has been written claims to be true.
