2 time outs

Anyone have an idea why the Bills were not hit with a penalty for calling 2 time outs? Not a big deal in a playoff game but just curious what the rules are for something that pretty much cost us a game? And this was the same team to boot!

thats what im thinking. I was at the game where we got penalized and te ref said that calling 2 timeouts in order to freeze the kicker is unsportsmanlike conduct and blah blah blah with the penalty.

I think thats why they didnt penalize the bills, but an explanation from the ref last night would have quited the crowd about it...........maybe
