Nice video and I love the goofiness of Zorn.

I wonder if it is possible Zorn did it as a shout out to Allen knowing he was the last rookie HC to beat Dallas. If that were true then I would be a Zorn fan for life

I have to think so and if not, he was somehow subconsciously channeling George Allen.

i thought i read somewhere recently (i think on here) that Zorn didn't know anything about Allen doing this, it was some other coach that he knows that did it.

Wouldn't be surprised if it somehow trickled down Allen as it did Wyche. BTW- was Allen demonstrating his gameplan for the Cowgirls on a chrome dumbbell???

I LOVED the George Allen footage -- why don't coaches say things like "God damn Cowboys" anymore? :(

Allen: "THE FUTURE IS NOW".

He loved the Dallass rivalry. Great to see that footage of him. I love to see that kind of passion and see the same thing with Zorn.

I'm telling you Zorn is going to be the coach for this team for the next decade.

The George Allen footage was great. What was that dance move, jumping up and down in a circle? Hilarious.

There was a film crew that followed Allen around one week [back in the day]. Watching him on the sidelines during the game - he was a freakin' nervous wreck.

As a coach it's about getting the max out of your players. Allen was one of those guys who did that.

ok I know this is corny but the group of 10 or so local fans that I watched the game with this week ripped out the hip hip hooray after we won. You see here in Syracuse we are actualyl surrounded by boirn again eagles fans because of McNabb. So we were gettting rased at the sports bar (not on tv here) when we were down 14-0. So i decided if we won we would do the hip hip hooray after singing HTR. it was pretty awesome

apparently they did it again after the win today too. Cooley talked about it... I think ARE was the one who proposed it this time.

Great video. I loved the George Allen era. That video really captured the essence of George Allen. Even 30+ years later, the Dallas rivalry is still going strong and can be traced back to him.
