Personally I wanna see Betts and Canidate's jersey's green and brown instead of white and by the 4th quarter I don't wanna be able to make out the names on the back. The Pats already won a superbowl because some dumbass who isn't even worth mentioning played into their hands. I have no doubt in my mind that Bellicheck is licking his chops and getting ready to put 17 db's on the field but Spurrier can't make the same mistake that guy made. Bellicheck thrives on knocking offenses off balance but we gotta knock his defense right in the mouth early and often, and keep them off balance. If we do that we're gonna have chances for big plays since Law can't stay with Coles and their safetys aren't all that good.
If we run heavy, we win this game.

Good Points - For Sunday I would hope for this to be the Defense's game. The D- line is under the gun for lack of pressure, the LBs are blaming themselves for miss reads, and the DBs are feeling some burns on the backside.
It's TIME to step it up a knotch DEFENSE and get your SH*T together. LETS KICK SOME ASS!

I'm with both of you on this. Get the running game going early and often. When they overload that box, playaction and big play. Keep his defense on the field for a long time and wear them down.

I agree with you, Uri. Of course, all this is conditional on the team running well. They can't keep pounding the ball into the line if it isn't getting them anywhere. But assuming it does work, they should do it constantly.

It will work, their defense is at its best when the opposing team is forced to throw, that's when all those confusing formations come into place. However, you can't do that with a double tight I formation and the ball being shoved right down your throat every time.

Some quick screens or quick outs to the running backs would be nice too. I hear NE is planning on bringing all kinds of pressure . . . I know I would.

Well, look at how Tampa got beat by Caroline. Davis pounding the ball the at them.
Get the quick throws in the game early. Hit the backs in the flat and let them run and make people miss.

We'll see how much pressure they can mount without their top pass rusher, Roosevelt Colvin. He's out for the year. If they blitz it will force their secondary into single coverage on Coles and Gardner.

I see Betts getting 75% of the carries. I'll bet this is a turf battle.

You have to have RBs that actually pick up their assignments to max protect.

Oops, that's right. Let's put some extra olinemen in the backfield on passing plays.

Betts, Betts, Betts. Canidate for a change of pace. A little Cartwright, too. Running's definitely the way to go this week, no question there.

Yall are right, staying on the ground will keep Brady & Co. off the field.
