Buy a Tela-Zapper.

I did last year and it works great. I went from about 60 calls a week to about 3. Most telemarketers use a computer to dial the numbers. When you answer the phone (it even works with an answering machine), the Tela-Zapper sends a signal back to the computer that tells it that the number is no longer in service. The computer then deletes the number from it's database.

It takes about 3 to 4 weeks for the calls to stop.

You can buy one at any Radio Shack.

No, I don't work for RS.
