but expect them to come out swinging. However, with Washington and Johnson out and Milloy gone, the O should be able to exploit the Pats D.

I'm more worried about our D because I'm not sold on its discipline or physical toughness. If we don't get pressure on Brady, the Pats could score some points. However, they don't run the ball that well and Patten is banged up, so I don't think they can match us point for point.

The key for the Redskins is to limit the penalties and try not to shoot themselves in the foot. I expect a big kickoff return from Morton and a Redskin win by 10, 34-24

Any predictions?

*looks into Crystal Ball*

hmmmm........

Another TOUGH GAME-........Penalties I see.......MUCH fewer......Very good offensive production.......Decent performance by the D.......At least 2 interceptions..........

Skins by 3pts........Maybe a TD.......

The Pats will be tough to deal with no matter what. We will have to play solid to win.

Yeah - the Giants were wounded too!

Remember one thing: Bill Belichick, one of the best game planners in the NFL.

We'll still need our "A" game to win this one!

Pats are tough simply because of their coaching as well. I have tremendous respect for their staff. I think it is neat going up against a defensive guru against what many perceive to be an offensive mastermind in Spurrier. Its gonna be a good ole fight at the corral. Lets hope the tomahawks are sharpened!

Tom Brady has come back strong after a terrible week one and Bill Belichick and Charlie Weis are two great game-planners. If the Redskins play against New England the way they played against New York, we're looking at 2-2.

We have to tackle better...

I think if we just score more points than they do ... everything will be ok

I'm definitely worried about this game. The Skins certainly can win, but the Pats will be the more professional, more together squad out there based on all the nonsense slop we've produced already this season. Gotta somehow win the turnover battle and just outwill them. Seymour, Milloy, Harrison, those are gamers my friends. Should be another close one.

I agree that we need to come out strong after last week's loss, but the Pats are FAR from being prepared for the Skins.

They didn't look that great last week against the Jets.

Brady threw for 181 and zero touchdowns, and he personally fumbled the ball 3 times.

I think their passing game is really sore right now. If we can do well at man-2-man on Brown and Patten, we should be all set for a long day of running.

(Madden-esque huh? ... LMAO) If you'd thrown a "BAM!" in there it would have been perfect.

One thing, though: Milloy plays for Buffalo now.

I'm worried about their blitzing. I'm stating the obvious but if we can give Ramsey good protection most of the game I think we score tons of points. Their DB's won't be able to stop Coles as long as Ramsey still has a pulse.

Defensively I'm worried about the run. We consistently make superstars of mediocre RB's I see this happening this week. Teams only have to run to B.Smith side to have success. I'm curious to see if we can get any pressure on Brady this week but their WR's aren't impressive IMHO, so we MIGHT be able to survive this week w/o a pass rush.

Well, alot has been said already. We need to run the ball to win this game. I don't think they'll be loading the box because they'll be more interested in stopping our passing game and force us to run. I say come out running and turn the tables on them.

until i see some results, im still concerned about the pass rush. i dont think the pats will be able to run on us but they cant give brady time, bum arm or not. the defense wont be able to gameplan for any one guy because brady get everyone involved. the pats have key injuries on defense and the skins should be able to run well, we just cant get behind. i love seeing our passig game flourish but i want to see betts and canidate have 200+ yards combined and SOON! im also concerned about how often the pats will blitz, if they blitz alot, spurrier needs to call more than 1 screen play! with all that said, over course the skins will win....31-23
