Per the Boston Herald, when Brown was asked if he was revealing secrets:

Nobody's asked me, but we don't need to,'' said Brown. ``We're going to beat them anyway. We already know what the Redskins are going to do. So New England will just beat them. No problem.''

Regarding Spurrier:

They love to throw the football,'' he said. ``You've got to put pressure on the quarterback. There are a lot of weak points in the protection scheme. You get to the quarterback and you can disrupt everything, because they want to throw the ball. (Spurrier) will run it if people start telling him to, but he goes to the ball park wanting to throw the ball.''

Brown just stated the obvious about our offense. As for beating us, I like his confidence. I hope he's wrong, but there is nothing wrong with expressing confidence in your team.

He's expressing a lot of confidence w/ a team he's only been w/ less than a week. Spurrier dealt w/ the espionage before this is nothing new. They're battered on defense, Law is running w/ a sprained ankle, he won't be keeping up w/ Coles regardless.

Why do scrubs who we let go always go and talk trash? Reminds me of Mike Sellars.

Go for the knees, go for the knees. J/k

He stated the obvious and I believe we all knew that. I don't believe that crap about they didn't ask me. That's a bunch of BS.

Any team signing Wilbert Brown is in a world of trouble.

Exactly. Also, if he's calling our schemes weak then what does that say about him that he wasn't "strong" enough to start here?

Brown has revealed that Steve Spurrier likes throwing the ball and that if you get to our quarterback, the passing plays will be disrupted.

Ladies and gentlemen, I hereby declare this man an incredible genius.

You said it! Wilbert Brown - "the one-armed pancake"

With Wilberts 'understanding of our system' I think the more they rely on what he tells them the better off we are.

After we beat the Pats and Wilbert gets released, we should pick him up again.

We can ask him to give us some insider info on who won the damn game. Then cut his arse again.

Philly would be all over it.

Arlington, Va.: Hey Mark. So what do you think about Wilbert Brown going to the Pats? Since Brown will obviously tell Belichick everything he knows about the 'Skins offense do you think Washington is doomed this weekend?

Mark Maske: I'm not sure Wilbert Brown knew the plays when he was here. (Just kidding.)

Best quote that I heard was, "If he knew so much about the Offense, then why'd they let him go?"

If he can't get our offense in a year and a half then you know he will be watching the game this sunday with them. Hey, maybe he should have told them that they should make Samuels jump off sides too.

I have wondered if he told them about the audible signals though?
