Beat them ugly Ratbirds!My thoughts exactly. I haven't felt pretty good about a game since we beat Cleveland. It's been too long and Skins are due for a big game. Jason Campbell really needs to step up and thankfully we're outta November. C'mon Skins get it done!!!!

This seems to be a pretty important game. If Dallas and Atlanta both lose and we win, we are right in the thick of it again. If we lose and they both win, our playoff chances are almost out the window.

I'm not quite sure why the pundits are counting us out of this game. The Ravens have a good record, spanked a few teams, but Flacco and company really don't scare me for some reason. Definitely a winable game (unlike last week).

the reason the pundits dont give us much chance is because

A. we havent done well against quality defenses, especially 3/4's, most of this year

B. we havent played well, really well, since the beginning of the season

why should we get plaudits when we havent deserved them ? we have been riding on the strength of the early season performance.. you get respect when you deserve respect (unless you are Dallas)

on the other hand, the ravens have beaten very few, if any, strong teams.
they are beatable.. we need to show up and play the way we are capable of playing..

Well when I was playing, coaches always preached to block the inside guy. In theory, if you have "cup" the QB can step up and throw.

You have to have EVERYONE playing with the same passion, the same focus. We so rarely get that. We always come out in these huge games and look like we're shell-shocked and scared. The frustration is just building up tremendously. I want to be proud of this team again and feel like we will at least fight like animals every game. Instead I see constant lack of discipline, lack of focus, lack of execution and just utter confusion.
