I haven't been on your m-b's much so I just wanted to congratulate you Redskin fans on a much improved Redskins team ..
I knew that L Coles was a great receiver,, he used to kill us Dolphin fans,, but Spurrier is utilizing him in such a way to help out every facet of the offense ..
The Giants almost pulled the same act against the Redskins that happened against the Boys .. With the problems the Eagles are having and how the Giants almost blow games in the 4th quarter, it looks like the Skins should be able to position themselves for a playoff spot ...
Good luck to you guy's the rest of the season... With the exception of course when your Redskins come down to Miami Sunday November 23 !!! :p

Hey, thanks Marino, good luck to you too (except, of course, on that same date). You guys looked real good against Buffalo, now all you have to do is make sure you don't fall off at the end of the year....

Marino, I read somewhere that Williams is on pace to shatter the total carries in a season record with him being projected to get close to 500!! That is sick. You 'phins fans aren't worried about Wannstedt wearing him out?

It should be a fun game in November when we meet. I too would like to know the answer to rskinsfan10 question regarding to Williams and the # of carries...

I'm not sure who will get worn out the soonest, Williams or poor old Priest Holmes.

Hey what's up rskinfan10 ? You probably don't remember me,, I am still the Dolphin forum mod "YenkoSC" on huddles ... I changed my screen name ! :D
Anyway to answer your question I think that Wannstedt has a pretty good idea what the pulse of the team is and knows when to cut back on pounding Ricky..
The game against the jills was a major defensive battle... With Ricky looking to be a team leader the circumstances just worked out for him to just keep pounding at the jills..
You guy's remember Riggins and how the Redskins would use him ... Well Ricky is the same type of back only he is deceptively FAST ...
I think that there were games last season (when Miami had a comfortable lead) the Texans (for example) this season where Ricky was standing on the sidelines
early in the 4th quarter...
The Dolphin coaching staff is finally seeing what the Dolphin fans have been b!tching about .....
Run Ricky RUN ...
